What does VIPS Partyband cost for my event?
The fee depends on date, location, playing time and type of event. We calculate transparently and without obligation after your inquiry — you'll usually get a ballpark figure within 24–48 hours.
How many musicians are in the band?
The standard line-up is seven: two male singers, one female singer and four musicians.
How long do you play per show?
We play a full evening programme — usually three sets, with breaks for atmosphere and catering.
What styles and repertoire do you play?
An explosive mix of party hits, current chart-toppers and legendary classics — from Oktoberfest vibes through Schlager and rock classics to Mallorca and après-ski hits. We read the crowd.
How far does the band travel?
Based in Stuttgart, bookable across Germany and neighbouring countries. Travel, accommodation and logistics are transparently included in the quote.
Do you bring your own stage tech (PA, lighting)?
As you wish: we play both on a PA and lighting rig provided by the organiser and fully with our own setup.
How much time do you need for set-up and tear-down?
If the rig is provided, about 1.5 hours for our backline. If we bring our full setup, we plan more time — we coordinate this individually.
What do I need to provide as the organiser?
Stage area, sufficient stage power, a backstage area, catering and parking for the crew. We clarify the technical details (power, area) individually before the show.
Do you play indoors, in a marquee or open air?
All three. Marquee, hall, street festival or open-air stage — we play anywhere there's power and a crowd ready to party.
How does a booking work — from first contact to the show?
Inquiry via the form → quote within 24–48 hours → contract and deposit → detailed coordination before the date → show → final invoice.
